KATHERINE PAULSON

Managing Partner

Katherine Paulson is the Managing Partner of Haven Mark Partners, a brand strategy and digital and social marketing platform. It is part of Haven Tower Group, a leading strategic communications agency for the wealth management industry.

Katherine brings over 20 years of wealth and asset management experience to this role. She has a track record of developing and executing strategic marketing programs for independent financial service providers, including financial advisors, insurance agents and third-party wholesale and distribution businesses.

For over a decade, she was Assitance Vice President, Director of Marketing for MetLife's U.S. retail annuities division. She was also Director, Head of Marketing at Altegris, an asset management firm focused on alternatives.

At Haven Mark Partners, Katherine delivers outsourced CMO solutions, spearheading and managing brand and marketing strategies for clients.

Creative Director

Mr. Gersten  has over 20 years of experience in video production, post-production and advertising.  Most recently serving as a partner at Butcher Editorial, a post-production boutique agency based in Los Angeles. Throughout his career he has worked on Emmy winning projects for clients such as Apple, Nike, Starbucks, HBO, Honda, Lexus, Toyota, La-Z-Boy, Meta, Google, Netflix, Amazon, United Airlines and Microsoft.

Mr. Gersten attended SUNY Stony Brook in New York and Université Paris VII where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Studies and the French Language.
